Die Flying Yoga Kurse bei Aurelie sind einfach klasse: eine perfekte Mischung zwischen Yoga, Meditation und Akrobatik. Sie scheint genau im richtigen Moment zu erraten, wann ich angespannt bin - denn genau dann sagt sie: relax your face 😊

Und sie hat mir beigebracht, dass loslassen manchmal mehr bringt als mit Druck zu arbeiten - was nicht nur im Sport gilt.

Ganz abgesehen davon ist der Raum wunderschön und der französische Akzent vom Aurelie einfach nur zauberhaft. Ausserdem mag ich die multi-kulti-Klassen sehr und den Austausch vor oder nach der Stunde.

I came for the fancy Aerial Stuff - and stayed for so much more! I really enjoy the mixture of strengthening, hanging upside down, stretching and learning new skills. But surprisingly it turned out, that I manage to calm my mind. I often come to class after work feeling a bit stressed and tired at the same time - after class my head is so much clearer! Thank you for that!

Aurélie is an incredibly friendly and wonderful yoga teacher. Her classes have become something I truly look forward to — they bring me a sense of calm and utter peace. I tried yoga classes a few times before and thought it was not for me... until I tried Aurélie's! She is very close and friendly and creates a great atmosphere. The stretch is great and it helps me lot that she guides the breathing as well.

I went to the first 'Yoga and Hike' class recently, and I really enjoyed it! Aurelia is an incredible yoga teacher – you can feel the dedication and passion that she puts into her classes. The combo of hiking and yoga was just great, and we had a wonderful day of sunshine, great company and conversation!

I recently attended a beginners aerial yoga workshop with Aurélie and felt very comfortable. The small class size creates a calm, personal atmosphere. The workshop was challenging to the right degree and she supported and challenged the participants individually.

Not only was it beneficial, but it was also a lot of fun. I am definitely looking forward to coming back.

I have started with Aurelie's classes 2 months ago and I could not be happier with the process and first results. After years without proper stretching, no yoga classes and a lot of sitting in the office chair, I started to feel the benefits for my body and soul right after the 1st class.

I like to come back to the open classes as well as the Relax and Renew, each has different atmosphere, energy and benefits.

What I highly appreciate are the small-size classes, so it almost feels like private sessions, I'm getting my space and also Aurelie's attention, when needed.
