Class description
A complete yoga journey blending dynamic asanas, meditation, spiritual teachings, and uplifting music, sometimes chanting mantras together. Each class is uniquely crafted to inspire and energize you! These classes are open to all levels, with options to support your journey. And if it feels overwhelming at first—trust me, that’s normal! I’ve been there too. Keep showing up, and it will all come together. If you’re completely new to yoga or want to refresh your basics, I recommend starting with a Basic Course, Beginner Vinyasa or Private Class to build a strong foundation.

Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 2 hours before the class starts. If not canceled within this timeframe, the full class fee will apply.
