We will start this journey with a first connection with a very special essential oil and continue with an aerial yoga practice, suitable for all levels — a practice that invites expansion, new perspectives, courage, and trust. Then together with Petra, we’ll step into the magical world of essential oils — discovering how they can support and awaken different emotions, gently guiding you toward more self-trust, confidence, openness, and inner strength.
