Imagine an evening where time gently pauses — a moment just for you, to gift your body and mind the deepest relaxation they’ve ever known. Guided by Aurélie, you’ll first move through soft, mindful stretching with the hammock, syncing with your breath. Cosmic sound vibrations will gently support you, preparing body and mind for a profound state of ease and inner journey. From there, you’ll drift into the most soothing Shavasana voyage — floating into stillness, bathed in cosmic sound and space, as Richard weaves layers of sound with numerous instruments. You’ll emerge lighter, deeply relaxed, and profoundly reconnected.
