These weekend sessions are 1h30 long and allow a bit more time to practice and explore! Aerial yoga with the BodyFlying method offers long-term benefits. It revitalizes the spine, relaxes tensions, and provides relief to joints, ligaments, and muscles. This methodology aims to provide fluidity in movement, developing body control and balance, whether in favor of or against gravity. A regular aerial yoga practice, on top of being really fun, will surely help to strengthen your body and creates calmness and serenity in your mind.
