*I don’t offer all classes mentioned yet, but if there is enough demand, I will adjust my offer! ​

1. You don‘t need to be fluent to enjoy my classes, basic English is enough - it will anyway come with a French touch ;-)

Jivamukti SPIRITUAL WARRIOR 

It is a fixed well-rounded sequence taught in a fast pace and is certainly a “get-in-shape” class. It is as well an amazing way to free your mind, connect with your inner Self and awaken the Spiritual warrior in you!

Each class starts with a unique warm-up to Jivamukti method called "Magic 10" and continues with intention setting, vinyasa sun salutations followed by several asanas hold for several breaths. At the end of the class, you will have a short meditation practice just before final relaxation. 

This class, because of its fast pace and limit time to explain each asana, is best suited for intermediate and advanced practitioners and busy individuals who only have 1 hour to practice and still want the benefits of a complete yoga practice!

Jivamukti OPEN 

Probably the most popular and complete of the Jivamukti method, a holistic experience including 14 points-asanas, meditation and spiritual teachings newly created for each class. Eclectic and uplifting music also plays an integral role in those classes. It is called “Open” because it is open and suitable to all level practicioners. Even so, beginning level students should know that there will not be much detailed “how to do” descriptions; for that a student is advised to attend a Basic or Beginner Vinyasa class. I currently pay a particular attention to make my OPEN class that I teach on Fridays accessible to beginners, therefore don't hesitate and join us on the mat!

Jivamukti BASIC 

Each class is part of a 4-week fundamentals course that explore a different theme each week (week 1: standing asanas, week 2: forward bending, week 3: backbending,

week 4: putting it all together, inversion and meditation. These are ideal to learn proper asanas alignments, possible variations and self-assists before joining an Open level class.

Jivamukti RESTORE & RENEW 

A class designed to rest your mind and body. It involves gentle movement, breathing techniques, meditation, guided relaxation, Sanskrit chanting and asanas that are held for a couple of minutes. Best suited for those seeking relaxation and inner renewal, the perfect complement to all vinyasa based Jivamukti vinyasa classes to gently stretch your fascia, elongate your breath and calm your mind.

Jivamukti Beginner VINYASA 

This class follows a set sequence of asanas but is presented at a slower, more relaxed pace than in the Spiritual warrior class. It is ideal for beginner students to get familiar with aligning one’s breath and spiritual intention with movement.
