Class description
The best classes to learn step-by-step a wide range of asanas, proper alignment, possible variations and other yoga essential elements so that you feel confident to enjoy more regular and fast-paced yoga classes afterwards. This "Yoga fundamentals course" is organized in 4 classes of 90 min each. It is recommend to attend all 4 different classes for total beginners but you can also drop in for one class only if you just want a refresh or try. We will cover standing asanas (Class 1), forward bendings asanas (Class 2), back bendings (Class 3), inversions & putting it all together (Class 4) - you will also get an introduction to yoga philosophy, mantras chanting, meditation principles, simple sun salutations/vinyasa principles and simple breathing techniques (pranayama). These classes are limited to 6 participants to make sure each attendees gets quality time with the teacher to answer questions, check proper alignment and try variations.
