This special session is designed to help you regain balance, clear stagnant energy, and step into a new cycle with clarity and purpose.
Join us on Sunday, April 27th, from 9:30 to 12:00 at LE STUDIO, Steinebach 7 in Dornbirn for a deep dive into the energy of the chakras.
We’ll begin with an introduction to the chakra system and a self-assessment to gain awareness of possible imbalances. Through an original asana practice infused with breathwork, visualization, and Bija mantras, we’ll work on tuning each energy center, creating more harmony within.
A guided meditation will further deepen the experience, helping you reconnect with yourself on a profound level.
To close the session, we’ll align with the fresh energy of the New Moon, setting intentions for the cycle ahead.
