Class description

First, MOVE: We will start with the Magic 10 sequence of the Jivamukti method - 10 well-chosen asanas (postures), most of them hold for 10 breaths. Ideal to move your spine in all directions and free stuck energy. Then, BREATHE: I will guide you for a breathing exercize (a so-called Pranayama), ideal to relax and prepare for meditation practice. Finally: MEDITATE: 15 min meditation practice - I'll guide you at the beginning and then time the session for us. Let yourself be surprised how great it feels to be here & now, observing how calmer your mind becomes practice after practice.
