MAGIC 10 & MEDITATION
Let's motivate each other for our meditation & yoga practice!
Class description
We will start with the Magic 10 sequence of the Jivamukti method - 10 well-chosen asanas, most of them hold for 10 breaths. The Magic 10 is deal as a stand-alone yoga practice when you have not a lot of time or as warm-up. This first part should take around 10 minutes. Then, I will host the space for a 10 to 15 min meditation practice and time it for you - only minimal guidance at the beginning of the session, therefore a previous experience with meditation is preferred but not mandatory - for these free sessions, important to book your spot THE DAY BEFORE!
