MAGIC 10 & Beyond
A short but complete yoga practice to move your body and calm your mind!
Class description
We will start with the Magic 10 sequence of the Jivamukti method - 10 well-chosen asanas, most of them hold for 10 breaths. The Magic 10 is deal as a stand-alone yoga practice when you have not a lot of time or as warm-up. This first part should take around 10 minutes. Then, I will host the space for a 10 to 15 min meditation practice and time it for you. Depending on the day, I would add 5 minute inspiration from yoga philosophy or breathing exercize or mantras chanting to complete the yoga experience. Let yourself be surprised how great it feels to be here & now!
