Aerial Yoga
A Fun Way to Strengthen Your Body & Relax Your Mind!
This practice revitalizes the spine, releases tension, and provides relief for your joints, ligaments, and muscles.
Accessible to all levels—I'll adapt the difficulty based on the group and always offer options to suit everyone.

Jivamukti OPEN
A complete yoga journey blending dynamic asanas, meditation, spiritual teachings, and uplifting music, sometimes chanting mantras together. Each class is uniquely crafted to inspire and energize you!
Starting in March, I’ll be offering two levels of Open Classes:
🔥 Level 1: A slower pace, focusing on basic asanas with minimal changes between classes— recommended if you are new to the Jivamukti method or those seeking consistency.
🔥🔥 Level 2: A classic Jivamukti Open Class with a steady flow, more advanced asanas, and fresh variations each week.
These classes are open to all levels, with options to support your journey. And if it feels overwhelming at first—trust me, that’s normal! I’ve been there too. Keep showing up, and it will all come together.
If you’re completely new to yoga or want to refresh your basics, I recommend starting with a Basic Course or Private Class to build a strong foundation.

Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior
A vigorous and complete hatha-vinyasa practice following a fixed sequence, making it ideal for those who love consistency and seek visible progress class after class.
Designed for intermediate practitioners, this fast-paced class includes minimal “how-to” instruction, allowing you to flow seamlessly while deepening your practice.
This signature Jivamukti class will help you free your mind, connect with your inner Self, build strength, and awaken the Spiritual Warrior within you!
Each session begins with the Magic 10 warm-up, followed by intention setting, vinyasa sun salutations, and a dynamic sequence of asanas, held for several breaths. The class concludes with a brief meditation and final relaxation, leaving you refreshed and centered.

Jivamukti
Restore & Renew
The most yin of all Aure Yoga classes. We hold each posture for several minutes, calming music, passive stretching, focusing on your own breath and body sensations. This class will ultimately lead you to a deep relaxation. Due to its slow pace, it is ideal for beginners or in combination with a more dynamic yoga practice.

Jivamukti BASIC
The best classes to learn step-by-step a wide range of asanas, proper alignment, possible variations and other yoga essential elements so that you feel confident to enjoy more regular and fast-paced yoga classes afterwards.
This "Yoga fundamentals course" is organized in 4 classes of 90 min each. It is recommend to attend all 4 different classes for total beginners but you can also drop in for one class only if you just want a refresh or try.
We will cover standing asanas (Class 1), forward bendings asanas (Class 2), back bendings (Class 3), inversions & putting it all together (Class 4) - you will also get an introduction to yoga philosophy, mantras chanting, meditation principles, simple sun salutations/vinyasa principles and simple breathing techniques (pranayama).
These classes are limited to 6 participants to make sure each attendees gets quality time with the teacher to answer questions, check proper alignment and try variations.

Lunch Break YOGA
45 min to move, breathe, calm your mind during a busy work day! You 'll feel more relaxed, more productive and with this good feeling to have done something good for your mental and physical health without having to take a day off.

MEDITATION
I host the space for meditation and time it for you - only minimal guidance at the beginning of the session, therefore a previous experience with meditation is preferred. For these free sessions, it is important to book your spot online the day BEFORE.

MAGIC 10 & Beyond
We will start with the Magic 10 sequence of the Jivamukti method - 10 well-chosen asanas, most of them hold for 10 breaths. The Magic 10 is deal as a stand-alone yoga practice when you have not a lot of time or as warm-up. This first part should take around 10 minutes.
Then, I will host the space for a 10 to 15 min meditation practice and time it for you. Depending on the day, I would add 5 minute inspiration from yoga philosophy or breathing exercize or mantras chanting to complete the yoga experience.

PRIVATE CLASS
